Service Delivery and Analysis Techniques
Research Skill Set
Connection Research uses a combination of primary research, industry research and mathematical modelling techniques to provide unique assessments on consumer and corporate sustainability governance. We have particular expertise in quantitative survey techniques, using detailed demographic analysis to compare different respondent groups.
Where relevant, the demographics utilised conform to the Australian Bureau of Statistics definitions, so that Connection Research’s primary research can be overlaid on and compared to ABS data where possible.
Connection Research works with our clients in marketing and planning developments across many levels, including:
- Market research into attitudes, behaviours and investments in sustainability and energy management;
- Energy efficiency data collection and modelling;
- Sustainability benchmarking;
- Defining and executing consumer panel discussions;
- Participation in Advisory Panels;
- Sustainability training; and
- Sustainability certification.
All engagements can be supported with frameworks, primary research and data modelling and trends analysis.
Connection Research has presented and spoken widely on a broad range of subject matter and research associated with Consumer Sustainability and energy efficiencies. We have represented Australian interests at APECtel Green IT workshop (Brunei, 2010), and the Global eSustainability Initiative (GeSI) workshop (Jakarta 2011).
